These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HavenGrove Minecraft server, this website, and our store. By connecting to the server or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HavenGrove.
Playing on the server
You agree to follow our in-game rules at all times, including no cheating, exploiting, harassment, or disruptive behavior. Staff may issue warnings, mutes, or bans at their discretion to keep the community safe and fair. Access to the server is a privilege, not a right.
Purchases
- All purchases are optional and are made to support the server. Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by PayNow.
- Perks, ranks, keys, and other items are digital goods delivered to your in-game account. Delivery is usually instant; relogging can help if a perk is delayed.
- You must provide the correct Minecraft username at checkout. We are not responsible for rewards delivered to the wrong account due to an incorrect username.
Refunds
Because store items are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final. If you were charged in error, a purchase failed to deliver, or you believe something went wrong, contact us on Discord and we will do our best to make it right.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from the server and store, and removal of any perks associated with the disputed purchase. Please reach out to us before disputing any charge.
Voting
Voting rewards are provided as a thank-you for supporting the server on listing sites. We may adjust voting rewards at any time, and rewards depend on the listing sites correctly reporting your vote.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep HavenGrove online, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The server, its features, ranks, and perks may change, pause, or end over time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
