Information we collect
- Gameplay data. Your Minecraft username, UUID, and in-game activity such as playtime, chat, builds, claims, and moderation history.
- Purchase data. When you buy from our store, our payment provider (PayNow) processes your payment. We receive your username and order details, but we never see or store your full card number or banking information.
- Voting data. When you vote through a listing site, that site tells us your username so we can deliver rewards. We do not receive your password or account details from those sites.
- Technical data. Basic connection information such as IP address, used for security, anti-cheat, and preventing abuse.
How we use your information
We use the information above only to operate and improve the server, specifically to:
- Deliver ranks, keys, and rewards to your account after a purchase or vote.
- Enforce our rules, run anti-cheat, and keep the community safe.
- Provide support when you contact us or open a ticket.
- Maintain server stability and understand how the community grows.
Payments
All payments are handled securely by PayNow, our payment processor. Card data is entered on their PCI-compliant checkout and is never transmitted to or stored by HavenGrove. Please review PayNow's own privacy policy for details on how they handle payment information.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the trusted services required to run the server — such as our payment processor and the voting sites you choose to use — and when required by law.
Data retention
We keep gameplay and moderation records for as long as your account is active and as needed to enforce our rules. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to any records we must keep for security or legal reasons.
Children
HavenGrove is open to players of many ages. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please use the server and store only with a parent or guardian's permission.
